Here are the possible scenarios:
If we have the product in stock:
Your order will be prepared within 24–48 hours.
If your order requires production in our workshop:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production and preparation.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Packages are shipped via DICOM at a flat rate of $13 for orders within Quebec.
Delivery is free in Quebec for orders of $75 or more.
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours, though this may vary depending on the time of year.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Not quite what you expected?
You may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order, or an exchange for in-store credit within 30 days.
To be eligible, items must:
Be unworn
Show no signs of wear or damage
Have their original label attached

No exchanges or refunds on clearance or promotional items — in-store credit only.
