The strength of our service is our wide variety of fabrics, patterns and sizes. What sets us apart is our personalized and customized service. However, this formula has an impact on production and delivery times. Here are the possible scenarios:

We have the product you ordered in stock: The preparation time of your order is 24-48 hours. 

Your order requires a stage of confection at the workshop: Allow 7 to 10 days for production and preparation of your order. 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Packages are sent by DICOM at a flat fee of $13 for orders within Quebec. Delivery in Quebec is free for orders of 75$ and more. Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the period.

EXCHANGE AND REIMBURSEMENT

The items are unfortunately not to your taste? You can get a refund within 10 days of receipt of your order and an exchange in the form of in store credit within 30 days.

Items must be unworn, show no signs of wear and tear, and have their original label. 

No exchanges or refunds on clearance or promotional items. In-store credit only. 

RETURN PROTOCOL

In the return package, please write your name as it appears on your order, order number, phone number, email and a brief explanation of the exchange.
